Technical Development Manager
Gi Group is working in partnership with a local Health and Beauty production company to recruit an experienced, hard working and dedicated Technical Development Manager.
As a Technical Development Manager your role will be to manage the development and technical processes, ensuring that products, services and information consistently drive the brand forward.
Your key responsibilities will be to support your category to contribute to the NPD strategy and develop new and existing products to drive innovation and reflect customer needs and market needs. You will be responsible for delivery of safe, legal and quality products, also ensuring that products are launched on time and actively drive supplier stadards
Starting salary will be between £30,000 to £40,000.
We are looking for someone with a positive, outgoing and flexible attitude to work. Candidates must be passionate and enthusiastic, and take pride in their work, with a high aptitude for attention to detail. The ideal candidate must have previous experience managing people and projects and will be able to demonstrate customer focus. Strong formulated development skills are required for this role as is a good understanding of packaging and design. You will also have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and a technical background in a related industry.
