Business Applications Analyst
Fast paced technology business seeks experienced, adaptable and enthusiastic self starter to join the team who support a range of business applications including CRM, AX, Salesforce and other internal systems.
Based in one of our offices or at home, your role will primarily be to ensure Tribal's internal CRM system availability and performance through the provision of technical support for users. Secondarily, you will provide support for other business applications (such as AX). We are looking for someone to join us on a fixed term contract for 12 months initially.
You will investigate and resolve support incidents, escalate issues and deal with change requests according to established procedures and service level agreements. In addition, you maintain regular proactive communications with application stakeholders.
You will also analyse and understand processes in depth, ensuring both processes and application technical configuration(s) continually deliver best value to the business and maintain service documentation and logs as required, prepare and deliver training where required and liaise with third-party service providers.
Your role will involve deputising for other team members when required and providing timely service reports and updates to the Business Applications Manager. Some travel and overnight stays may be necessary.
Ideally educated to degree level with excellent communication, active listening and customer service skills, a qualification in Microsoft CRM or AX and/or PRINCE 2 is an advantage. You will have experience in a professional services environment including business and technical problem solving and dealing with difficult or conflicting requirements.
You will have excellent technology expertise and up to date knowledge of current and future technology trends and experience of Salesforce, Microsoft SQL, Dynamics AX and CRM including upgrades between versions, SharePoint, Windows Server, Microsoft Sure Step, ITIL or agile methodologies is required.
