Our client is Britain's award winning leading provider and largest developer of privately owned later living accommodation. Property development is at the heart of their business, but as the needs of their homeowners have changed, they have developed other services designed to provide homeowners with a greater life in later life.

They have been pioneers in this field since the 1970s and built over 45,000 apartment's nationwide, making life comfortable, enjoyable, independent and fulfilling in your home.

The resale operation was launched on selected developments in 2011 and, due to its success, will shortly be expanding Nationwide.

In order to support the resale operation, they are looking to recruit a number of Field Resale Negotiators in the following areas - 3 positions in the South East, 2 positions in the South West, 3 positions in the North of England and 1 position in Scotland.

As a Field Resale Negotiator, you will achieve sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets on developments in designated geographical areas, obtaining the maximum possible price for every sale.

Ensuring resale apartments are presented at their best; you will arrange and undertake apartment appraisals, viewings for potential customers and key handovers. Welcoming new owners and effectively helping to progress offers through to completion, you will advise customers of additional services available, prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports to the Field Resale Manager and participate in IT and sales training as required.

Personally motivated with the ability to work independently, you will have a positive 'can do' and continuous improvement approach and the patience and compassion to remain tactful and empathetic.

In addition, you will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Mathematics. Demonstrable administrative skills and previous successful experience within property sales or an estate/letting agency environment are essential.
