Key Results Area

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience
Fun, creative and exciting
Strong experience of team leadership, management and development
Drive performance whilst creating a Quality culture
Supporting by providing feedback, coaching to close sales, objection handling, to help develop skills to ensure delivery of targets
Ability to motivate a team to drive performance
Experience in working with outbound dialling technology would be advantageous but not essential
Identify problems and root causes based on fact
Implement changes and processes improvements
Drive efficiencies throughout the department
Tenacious and resilient approach
Identify and implement quick wins and long term changes to meet targets
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to manage conflicting priorities and respond to the business needs
Ability to understand data to identify trends and performance issues
People management in a sales/outbound environment
Strive to succeed
